OUR THREE DRIVER TRAINING COURSES

At Scuderia Hanseat, you don’t just drive the Nordschleife — you learn to understand and respect it.


You’ll take part in a safe, structured journey that helps you develop step by step, guided by experienced instructors and surrounded by drivers who share your passion. From the curious Explorers to the experienced Committed drivers, you’ll progress with us in a professional yet personal and relaxed setting— built on camaraderie, safety, and the highest standards of driving quality— always with deep respect for the Nordschleife and its unique spirit.


No matter where you begin, our three courses form a connected journey, each serving as a natural entry point depending on your experience and skill level.

Regardless of which course you join, you will always be met by your dedicated Instructor and group Coach focusing on your individual progress based on your driver skill and ambition level.


We are truly INTERNATIONAL with participants joining from 22 countries in 2025 from Europe, North American and other part of the world. Spring and Autumn courses organized in three different language groups, English, German and Scandinavian.

1. SPRING

Discovery & Camaraderie

Our Spring course blends a strong social atmosphere with intensive Section Training, the safest and most effective introduction and way to develop driving on the Nordschleife, combined with plenty of Free practice in our open-pitlane format


The Spring course is where community, learning, and the Scuderia Hanseat tradition comes together.


  • 1+3 days. Arrival day and three full days on the Nordschleife.


  • 50% Section training + 50% Open pitlane Free practice with Döttinger Höhe fully open.
  • Final test - A lap of the Nordschleife all to your self with 21 instructors around the track evaluating your driving with our 1-10 point system. Then at the following Award night we celebrate!
  • Breifings and theory sessions each day


  • 8 groups of 20 cars
  • 3 Instructors and 1 Coach dedicated to each group during the course.
  • Language based groups - German, English and Scandinavian.


  • Nürburgring 1st timers welcome


  • You bring your own road legal car on road legal tyres meeting 130 db.
  • All kind of modern, youngtimers or classic sportscars welcome incl. hot hatches like Golf, GR Yaris.


  • Three dinners - included  -two evenings with your group and Instructors and the last evening the award night and price giving ceremony all together (incl. beverage). One of the evenings you are free to plan your own activities with friends.
  • Three lunches and all day hospitality - included - (coffee, drinks etc) at the Devils Diner.

      DRIVER PROFILE


      Our Spring course is the best way to get introduced to the Nordschleife and is great for the  Explorers, the Nordschleife 1st timers, discovering the track for the first time.


      It is also the course that always has been preferred by the Enthusiasts, the classic Sportfahrer, who enjoy its flow and friendship.


      However, our Spring course can also be great for drivers that already have good understanding of the Nordschleife  and solid pace, especially if you like to join a group of friends with mixed experiences - enjoying the great camaraderie.


      So, the Ambitious drivers, who strives for progress by refining skill through structure, awareness, and respect, can value the precision and focus of Section Training and combination of Free practice.


      With 1-to-1 coaching from the same instructors throughout the entire event, also the Committed drivers  can benefit from refining their technique in a structured, detailed way during this course. Read more about it!

      2. AUTUMN

      Development & Driving Flow

      30 August -2 September

      The Autumn Course combines the great 1+3 Spring Course format with inspiration of the pace and intensity that define our Special Course 


      Our Autumn course focus even more on flow, momentum, and individual progress through Open pitlane Free Practice, but still within a structured, group-based format


      You can look forward to plenty of seat time any many laps!


      Where passion meets progress


      These are the special characteristics that sets our  Autumn course apart from our Spring course. All else is the same as for the Spring course.


      • 100%  Open pitlane Free practice 
      • No Section training other than an initial on-track training in the first part of Day2 with your group to connect drivers and instructors and to set our mindset.
      • Final test also included. 


      • 8 groups of 20 car group but divided into 3 sub-groups of 6-7 cars per group with one dedicated Instructor.


      • This Autumn course introduces you to also Video-based Driver training, during the Open pitlane Free practice, enabling you to review and refine your technique together with our instructors in a new way with deeper understanding.


      • Nürburgring experience required


      • You are welcome to join also with  youngtimer or classic car if it is well driven.

      DRIVER PROFILE


      A different flavor from Spring, the Autumn course is designed for the Ambitious driver eager to evolve on their driver development journey.


      Our Autumn course also welcomes the Enthusiast seeking more track time with a little less structure. Great opportunity for friendly driving among all other participants.


      Also the Committed drivers who value the flow and plenty of high quality driving together with the individual Instructor approach including our unique video analysis.

      3. SPECIAL

      Pace & Precision

      Our Special course is something different from both the Spring and Autumn courses.


      It offers the safest, highest-quality, and most focused high-pace driver training and driving opportunities on the Nordschleife for some of the most experienced Nürburgring drivers.


      It’s where skill meets purpose — and passion meets precision.


      • 1+2 days. Arrival day and two full days on the Nordschleife.


      • 100% unique Open pitlane Driver training with Döttinger Höhe fully open. (No Section training and no Final test)
      • Briefings and theory sessions each day
      • More advanced Video & Data analysis with your group instructor.


      • 15  groups of 6-7 cars dedicated to each group during the course.
      • 1 Instructor dedicated to each group.
      • Groups based on pace and ambition. No specific language groups but driver coaching made in English and German.


      • Only very experienced Nordschleife drivers - approx. BTG pace below 7.40.


      • You bring your own road legal car on road legal tyres meeting 130 db.
      • Modern  performance cars from Porsche GT4, BMW M2 or similar. No hot hatches


      • Two dinners - included -two evenings with you group and Instructors.
      • Two lunches and all day hospitality - included - (coffee, drinks etc) at the Devils Diner.


      • As an option for the Special course, we have the ambition to re-introduce DMSB Permit B qualification, offering the the possibility to take the first step from track driving to enter a new chapter, the exciting world of racing at Nürburgring.


      • Price indication 3.000 - 3.300 € (incl. 19% German VAT) depending on final program.

      DRIVER PROFILE


      This exclusive course is for the Committed driver only - the most experienced Nordschleife drivers with strong pace working on precision, consistency, focus and control.


      Our Special course is building on the all new and unique experimental  Open pitlane Driver training format we introduced 1 & 2 September 2025 at the event we called the Scuderia Hanseat  "HIPWIR edition".

      AT ALL OUR COURSES


      TECHNICAL  ASSISTANCE


      • Manthey Racing offer technical assistance on-site in our parking area around Devils Diner and also extended opening hours at their service center 1.9 km away.
      • Tow truck at no cost for recovery on-track


        SAFETY & EMERGENCY


        • You bring your own safety equipment. At minimum helmet and clothes covering your arms and legs but preferably also HANS/Hybrid neck protection, driving shoes and gloves.
        • Medical team with ambulance in place at the track.
